Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone therapy massage uses smooth heated stones in flowing strokes to massage the body. Stones of various sizes are placed in the contours of the body, which can assist with relieving muscle tension, stress and pain. Cold stones can be used as well, as part of the therapeutic process.

The stones also have a exfoliating affect which is great for the skin. Aromatherapy is combined with the session and essential oils are placed on the stones. Crystals are also used on the chakras, the energy centers of the body, helping with overall balancing of the body, mind & spririt.
