Reiki

Rieki is life force energy. Reiki is often described as a "spiritually guided life force energy". It is a natural healing technique that uses a flow of energy via a practitioner and out the hands onto another person. We are all beings of love, light and energy. Reiki helps us get balanced and is a wonderful way to relax.

Reiki can be incorperated into your massage or herbal session, please ask if you would like to have it added.
